An online resource containing all materials, recordings (post-session) and other cohort-related information, as well as a list of over a dozen recommended supplemental reading resources that include classic and current management books that align with each module’s topic.

3 micro-coaching sessions outside of class with a dedicated coach to reinforce key concepts for the manager’s self-development.
